Responsible for delivering an effective, efficient, and integrated HR function that supports employees, management, and external stakeholders. This role ensures the implementation of best-practice HR processes in line with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
Key Accountable Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate recruitment processes in compliance with company policy and legislation.
Accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports.
Effective handling of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labour legislation.
Contribution to HR strategy and delivery of HR projects within agreed timeframes.
Compliance with Employment Equity and diversity reporting obligations.
Competency and qualification requirements:
Grade 12
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management
Postgraduate diploma /Honours degree in Human Resource Management (desirable)
3 years' experience in Labour Relations Matters
3 years' experience in Employment Equity Matters
* 4 years' experience in HR Administration & HR Reporting
