Job Description


Our client has an opportunity available for a HR Manager based in Germiston.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
  • 10+ years' experience working in HR within 5 years' experience as a Human Resource Manager.
  • Excellent labour relations knowledge.
Responsibilities:
  • Continuous enhancement of the local human resources processes, policies and communications.
  • Providing strategic and daily operational tasks to drive the delivery of the business HR plans.
  • Ensure full legislative compliance with relevant labour legislation.
  • Handle all disciplinary and poor work performance measures.
  • Effectively manage and implement EE Transformation.
  • Manage all training interventions, including the compilation and submission of Annual Training report and Workplace Skills Plan.
  • Manage the payroll.
  • Manage and maintain all HR system related processes.
  • Engage with a compliance agency to build and maintain the company's BBBEE status, coordinating the verification process together with the agency.
