About the role
We're looking for motivated HR / People graduates to join our business and gain hands-on workplace experience across core people practices. This role is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, providing exposure to HR operations while building strong foundational skills for a career in Human Resources.
Graduates will work closely with experienced line managers and HR teams, supporting day-to-day people processes and contributing to initiatives that enable business performance and employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support across HR activities
- Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Support learning, development, and performance-related processes
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity
- Engage with internal stakeholders and support ad hoc HR projects
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and governance standards
Minimum requirements
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, such as:
- Human Resources
- Human Resource Management
- Advanced Diploma in HR
- Industrial Psychology (or related People discipline)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Work experience advantageous
