Job Summary

  • Compiling & Recording of Employee data in line with HR Practices xe2x80xa2 Collaborate with Management and provide feedback to employees around their queries pertinent to the business or them as an employee xe2x80xa2 Recruitment and Selection of Candidates, including interviews xe2x80xa2 Sourcing candidates for identified talent pipelines. xe2x80xa2 Onboarding of new employees; ensure compliance regarding documentation for payroll xe2x80xa2 Staff induction xe2x80xa2 Must be timeline driven to ensure all HR administration is adhered to within the required timelines xe2x80xa2 Submission of Monthly HR Reports xe2x80xa2 Record data for each employee, including addresses, remuneration, absenteeism, number of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations. xe2x80xa2 General Office Support: Perform HR-related office tasks as needed, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and handling incoming calls. xe2x80xa2 Request information from previous employers and other references to determine applicants' employment acceptability xe2x80xa2 Time Management: Capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. xe2x80xa2 Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation. xe2x80xa2 Multitasking: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. xe2x80xa2 Verbal Communication: Effective oral communication for interacting with employees and external contacts. xe2x80xa2 Organisational Skills: Ability to manage tasks, documents, and schedules efficiently. xe2x80xa2 MS Office Suite: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for document creation and data management. xe2x80xa2 Basic HR Understanding: Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. xe2x80xa2 Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of employment Laws and Regulations xe2x80xa2 Ethical Behaviour: Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive HR information. xe2x80xa2 Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse information and make informed decisions. xe2x80xa2 Solution-Oriented: A proactive approach to resolving HR-related issues. Desired Experience & Qualification Grade:12/Matric (Non- Negotiable) Completed HR-related Degree/Diploma NQF6+
