Job Summary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Clinical Psychology, Human Resources, or a business-related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
8-10 years' experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in QSR, retail, FMCG, or multi-site environments.
Proven track record as a strategic HR leader and people grower with high IQ and EQ.
Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
