is looking to hire the services of a Human Resource Business Partner, to be based at our Eduvos Bedfordview (Gauteng) campus on a permanent basis.

The Position:





We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR business partner support services to campuses and functions with the focus on HR implementation support, capacity building and governance with a special focus on organisational development.



This role will report to the Head of HR.

Minimum Requirements



Minimum requirements:




A relevant HR or Industrial Psychology Masters qualification Completed HPCSA internship with specialisation in Industrial Psychology Registration with HPCSA or in progress 1 - 2 years HR experience Eperience within the Higher Education industry will be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities



Duties and responcibilities:





As the HR Business Partner, you will be primarily responsible to facilitate the implementation of the following talent management processes:


Talent acquisition and selection support On-boarding Performance management Talent reviews / succession Training and development Leadership development Exit management Organisation development support Organogram and roles Culture and climate Change management Employee wellness Employee advocate - first point of call for all HR related issues Labour relations support Compiling monthly HR reports

Functional and Behavioural Competencies



Functional and technical competencies:




Good knowledge and know-how of full talent management employee life cycle Broad knowledge as a generalist on all HR practices within a mid to large corporate Knowledge of Organisation Development principles and practices Labour relations knowledge Good understanding of culture and change management HR regulatory compliance-related knowledge Coaching skills Well-developed MS Office skills
