We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR business partner support services to campuses and functions with the focus on HR implementation support, capacity building and governance with a special focus on organisational development.
This role will report to the Head of HR.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum requirements:
A relevant HR or Industrial Psychology Masters qualification
Completed HPCSA internship with specialisation in Industrial Psychology
Registration with HPCSA or in progress
1 - 2 years HR experience
Eperience within the Higher Education industry will be advantageous
