A National Diploma / Diploma (NQF 6) in Human Resources Management or
an equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA
Minimum Three (3) years relevant working experience in Human Resources Administration and HR Records Management
Knowledge and experience in HR Premier and Employee Self Service (ESS)
Knowledge and experience in Basic Payroll Administration will be added advantage

Leave Administration
Reports on HR Statistics Analysis and trends
Reports on HR Statutory Compliance
Reports on HR Risk Register
Administration of Fringe Benefits (Pension Fund, Medical Aid, etc)
Overall Records Administration and support to ensure HR Programmes and
Processes are maintained, updated and customer focused
