Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for an energetic and innovative HR Administrator that will enable service delivery to Pepkor Lifestyle employees. The successful candidate must be strong in verbal and written communication, have the ability to work under pressure and the ability to introduce and implement improved processes.
Job description:
Provide HR administrative support and contribute to the long-term development of the HR function within the Chain/Division/Service Department.

  • Administration of Payroll and Employee Benefits related matters
  • Administration of the relevant systems, including SAP HCM
  • Administration of Human Resources related matters
  • Deal with customers in a customer centric manner
  • Effective self-management
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Workspace Suite required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2-3 years proven experience in a HR Administration role
