We are currently seeking a suitable candidate to join our Team.
Duties:
Recruitment & Onboarding
:
Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials and helping new hires adjust to the workplace.
Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions or concerns.
Resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment
Training & Development
:
Coordinate and support training programs for employees to enhance their skills.
Help identify opportunities for continuous employee development and career growth.
Compliance & Policies
:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records in accordance with labour law requirements.
Disciplinary
Managing and maintaining the best discipline across all areas of Human Resources which include building policy and procedures.
Attending to all disciplinary procedures (warnings/suspensions/hearings and representation at CCMA)
General Admin:
Building and managing of policies and procedures to ensure the entire end to end onboarding, retention of staff and exits is seamless.
Managing of staff benefits (Provident Fund).
Manage leave and sick leave accruals (recons)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience with good traceable references
Able to work well under pressure. (Staff compliment of 250)
Computer literacy (Advanced Excel, Power point, Outlook etc)
Thorough knowledge of Labor laws
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong telephone, email and in person communication skills
Case handling experience (Bargaining council & CCMA) advantageous
