:
Maintain accurate employee records (HR systems, personnel files, attendance).
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
Support payroll and benefits by verifying timekeeping data and resolving queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labour laws.
Handle employee inquiries, support training, and assist with HR administration.
Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism) and track trends.
Support employee engagement initiatives and health & safety processes.
Escalate disciplinary matters to IR, schedule hearings, and manage related documentation.
Monitor attendance and punctuality, liaising with labour brokers and reporting habitual offenders.
