Provide line management with recruitment support
Create and place VA's for job openings
Support line management in developing new job profiles
Ensure all job profiles for the area of responsibility are updated and kept centrally
Support HC Consultant with human capital programme implementations
Support line management with performance management and talent retention strategies
Ensure adherence of line management to human capital set deadlines for various reports
Provide generic human capital services and support to areas of responsibility
Ensure HR data integrity for the area of responsibility by maintaining accurate employee records
Provide standard management reports on human capital
Comply with governance and compliance policies and procedures
Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards
Manage HR and IR Tracker timelines for open cases / queries
Track employee attendance, leave balances and absences
Maintain accurate employee records in HR information systems
Coordinate ill-health and incapacity process
Address employee queries and resolve basic conflicts
Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary processing

Qualifications & Experience
Degree / National Diploma in HR Management (Essential)
At least 2 - 5 years HR Generalist / Administrative related experience (Essential)
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and systems
Basic knowledge of talent and recruitment management
Basic knowledge of performance management principles and procedures
Basic understanding of regulations and legislation related to area of work
Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Basic understanding and knowledge of payroll (Variance report) confirmation on a monthly basis
Ability to effectively support remote areas
Knowledge of HR administration processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Should have experience of working on system such as SuccessFactors and any recruitment portal
