Our client is seeking a confident and tech-savvy HubSpot Training & Support Expert to take ownership of their CRM environment and ensure smooth system operation, strong user adoption, and continuous improvement across all business units.
This role is a balanced combination of technical support and training -- ideal for someone who can troubleshoot and optimise systems while also engaging, guiding, and training others to use HubSpot effectively. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in system management, reporting, and workflow automation, while leading user training and supporting the rollout of the company's eLearning platform.
