Parity Homes is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate data, seamless workflows, and actionable insights that support our sales, marketing, and operational teams. Your work will directly enhance communication, strengthen client relationships, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities




Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy in contact records, pipelines, and client/property data. Develop and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, client communication, and internal processes. Integrate HubSpot with other platforms to ensure seamless data flow and improved reporting. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into sales, marketing, and operational KPIs. Deliver monthly performance summaries with recommendations for improvement. Troubleshoot CRM issues and serve as the internal HubSpot subject matter expert. Support onboarding and provide training to team members to ensure proper HubSpot adoption. Continuously optimize CRM usage by enhancing workflows, automations, integrations, and implementing new HubSpot features.

Qualifications




5+ years of experience managing HubSpot. Proven experience developing workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot CRM issues efficiently. Knowledge of marketing, sales, and operational processes within CRM environments. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Strong communication skills to train and support cross-functional teams.
