Our client has an opportunity available for a HSE Supervisor based in Sasolburg.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Monitoring of the implementation and effectiveness of the site HSE management system.
Technical consulting of contractor management.
Elaboration of suggestions for HSE improvement measure with regards to construction and commissioning.
Inform the site HSE Manager or Engineer about the need of modification of the existing HSE related basic documents.
Support the site management in the implementation of the project specific HSE Program Site.
Create, modify or extend project specific HSE Documents if required.
Conduct inspections of the contractor's temporary site facilities.
Audit contractors regarding HSE matters if contractually agreed.
Monitor the use of the required personal protective equipment.
Suggest disciplinary measures for offences against the HSE regulations.
Participate actively in site meetings according to project specifications.
