Job Summary Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: o Grade 12. o NQF Level 5 OD ETDP Higher Certificate or equivalent qualification. o Assessor and Moderator Certificate registered with MQA. o At least five years HRD and related experience o Blasting Ticket o Shiftboss Course will be advantageous o Mine Overseer Certificate will be Advantageous o Competent in mine HRD and HR systems and related legislation. o Must have thorough knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2015. o Competent and experienced in process / procedure design and learning material development. o Computer literate for the role. Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: o At least five years HRD experience, of which two years in specialist Mechanized Mining. o Experience in Project Management will be advantageous. o Managing internal disciplinary proceedings and managing union relationships. o Designing, implementation and maintenance of the LMS system. o Have a good understanding of the Skills Development Legislation and Regulation and HRD Governance, Risk and Compliance. o Must have experience with alignment of the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report o Code 08 driver's license.
