Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Identifiying and contacting potential new clients(businesses)who may need HR or training solutions through cold calling,networking and market research.
  • Meeting with prospects to understand their specific HR and training challenges(e.g.,Recruitment,onboarding,skill development,compliance) and presenting tailored product or service solutions that address those needs.
  • Negotiating prices,contract terms and conditions to successfully close sales and secure new business.
  • Building and maintaining strong,long term relantionships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction,encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • working closely with internal teams,such as marketing and customer support,to align strategies,ensure seamless service delivery and adress customer issues promptly

  • National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource management or business administration,marketing or related field
  • SAGE Payroll/HR/Accounting
  • Advance Excell
  • System Management and Development
  • Proven Sales Experience
  • Great Communication skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Technical Proficiency
  • Tender/Bid proven experience success rate
  • Satutary Knowledge (5-10 years experience)
