They will oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates, and onboarding new employees.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitingSource, post, and optimize job openings on various platformsDesign and manage application and screening processes according to company policiesExpand recruitment reach and improve candidate engagementScreening & InterviewingCollaborate with department managers to define role requirementsConduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on established criteriaOffer ManagementPresent job offers to successful candidates, detailing position terms, remuneration, and benefitsRecruitment Process OptimizationExplore new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance recruitment processesDocument procedures and workflows in the HR Recruitment FolderHR ManagementDevelop, structure, and document HR procedures aligned with company policiesManage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hiresEmployee RelationsOrganize three online team gatherings and one offline team event per year to foster engagement and a strong company cultureAbout the CompanyCodekeeper was founded by tech industry professionals to revolutionize software escrow for the cloud era.
