Small project role supporting diagnostics and data analysis for a five-year HR Strategy. You will perform document reviews, workforce analysis, stakeholder interviews, and support drafting the diagnostic and implementation roadmap.
Key responsibilities
Conduct document review, data collection and analysis (qualitative & quantitative).
Support stakeholder interviews and workshop logistics.
Produce inputs for the diagnostic and gap analysis.
Draft sections of final deliverables (e.g., workforce planning, KPIs).
Support development of the HR Strategy Map and M&E framework.
Minimum requirements
2-5 years' experience in HR analytics, research, or organisational development.
Degree/diploma in HR, Industrial Psychology, Social Science, or related field.
Strong Excel and report writing skills.
Availability to start immediately and commit to project timelines.
