Responsibilities

Manage and execute employee onboarding processes Plan and coordinate company events, including monthly activities and annual holiday party Oversee recognition programs for birthdays, work anniversaries, and other employee acknowledgments Assist in posting job listings on various job boards as directed by HR Manager or HR Specialist II Support the implementation and analysis of the annual employee satisfaction survey Participate in and conduct employee screening as needed. Manage HR email inbox ATS management and coordination

Qualifications

No specific HR degree required Detail oriented. Experience in manage ATS System Employee Engagement experience Recruiting experience Demonstrated experience or aptitude in event planning and coordination Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds Proficiency in basic HR software and job posting platforms * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
