Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes
Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures
Administer employee records and maintain HRIS systems
Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives
Provide guidance on HR policies, labor legislation, and disciplinary procedures
Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration
Prepare HR reports and analytics for internal use and audits
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement activities
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
Minimum 3 years' HR experience (generalist or specialist roles)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems (e.g., Sage, BambooHR, etc.)
