#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER by joining a Transport & Logistics company that seeks the expertise of a HR | Payroll Administrator
Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Payroll Administrator, specifically within the Transport & Logistics Industry
  • Grade 12 essential
  • Payroll Administration Certificate will be highly advantageous
  • Diploma in Payroll or HR Management will be highly advantageous
  • Proficient in SAGE People 300 and ESS
  • Strong understanding of Payroll Legislation | Statutory Deductions | PAYE | UIF | SDL and COIDA
  • Experience reconciling Payroll Reports | Variance Checks and Preparing month-end submissions
  • Ability to work with high-volume payroll cycles and tight deadlines
  • Own transport required
  • Contactable references and payslips required upon request
Salary Structure:
  • Monthly Cost to Company of up to R 45 000, negotiable based on experience
  • Benefits including Medical and Provident Contributions
