TB HIV Care (THC), in existence since 1929, is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation. We provide health care services throughout South Africa to both the general population and communities at increased risk for HIV and TB, including adolescent girls and young women, inmates in correctional facilities, sex workers and people who use drugs. Purpose of the position:
The HR Operations manager will be responsible for supporting the HR Director and HR Operations team to roll out and execute the HR strategy.
The role requires a hands-on approach and operational involvement to ensure an employee-oriented, high-performance culture with emphases on empowerment, quality assurance, relationship building, organisational development, employee wellness, employee recognition, labour relations, as well as SOP and policy development.
