Job Description
Our client based in Cape Town is regarded as one of the biggest suppliers of products, components, parts, and equipment to the South African automotive market. They are currently in the market for an experienced HR Officer to join their team. The Human Resources Officer is responsible for various HR functions to support the organization's workforce. They play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, policy compliance, and HR administration.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary education in HR management
- 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role.
- Experience with employment equity
- Experience with MIBCO bargaining council.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
- Driverxe2x80x99s license and own transport
- Fully vaccinated
