Job Description
Our client, a mixed farming and packing operation located in the Stellenbosch area, currently has the above position available for a driven, professional HR practitioner with excellent interpersonal & organisational skills with the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *day to day HR operations *personnel administration *planning and coordination of training *internal training & induction *employment equity and skills plan facilitation/submission *performance evaluations *disciplinary procedures *handling time and attendance matters *all other HR and administrative tasks related to this position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field;
- 3 xe2x80x93 5 yearsxe2x80x99 relevant experience;
- Afrikaans & English (Xhosa will be highly beneficial);
- Excellent administrative and computer skills (MS Office);
- Labour legislation knowledge with application in the Agricultural industry;
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license & own transport.
