Job Summary:
This role involves coordinating the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - developing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, screening and interviewing candidates, performing reference and background checks, and maintaining HRIS data and records with precision. The role also includes supporting Employment Equity (EE) compliance and initiatives in line with legislative requirements.
