Qualifications:
Bachelor`s Degree in HR - Honours/Master Degree will be advantageous
Minimum of 4-5 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of the Fintech Industry or other tech-focused environments
Expertise in employment law, HR policies and best practices
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced high growth orginasations
Exceptional problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with HR software and systems, preferably in tech/fintech focused tools
