Midrand, South Africa | Regional role (South Africa, Botswana & Zambia)
We're looking for a strategic yet hands-on HR Manager to shape and grow our people function across three countries. You'll support a workforce of 1,200+, build strong union relationships, and lead initiatives that drive culture, compliance, and performance.

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, at least 2 of which were in a management position.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, union dynamics and dispute resolution.
- Sound knowledge of Sage 300.
- Ability to implement systems and procedures.
- Experience to mining / motor industry is advantageous.
- Exposure to Zambia / Botswana cross-border HR/IR operations is a huge plus.
