Our client is an HR Consultancy - baed on the East Rand, seeking an HR Manager familiar with the outsource / consulting environment to join their team
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies and procedures, for various clients. You will also conduct performance management, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.If you have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment, we would like to meet you.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of Industrial Relations and general HR
  • Bargaining council and CCMA procedures
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Wage negotiations, retrenchments and redundancies
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
