Hr Manager / Generalist

Job Description
A company in the financial service industry is seeking to appoint a Senior HR Generalist or Manager. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is based in Sandton, Johannesburg.
- 7 years or more relevant experience in Human Resources (Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner or HR Manager), preferably in the financial services industry.
- Degree or diploma in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a Social Sciences related field.
- Industrial Relations experience preferably expert in Performance Management. CCMA experience is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of SA Labour Legislation (eg. BCEA, LRA)
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Payroll systems, such as VIP Payroll (advantageous)
