Job Description
Our client based in the East Rand of Johannesburg is looking to employ an HR Manager to join their team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as an HR Manager.
- IR experience is a requirement.
- B-BBEE and skills development experience is critical.
- Payroll experience preferential.
- Individual must be a skillful recruiter.
- Relevant Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree is a requirement.
- Build effective relationships with management and staff.
- Manage and coordinate the disciplinary and grievance process
- Ensure adherence to Labour Relations Legislation
- CCMA representation
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing applicants to onboarding and induction.
- Promote employment equity through equitable recruitment processes.
- Performance management and job descriptions
- Manage Employment Equity and report as per legislation.
- Skills development facilitation - manage training and development. Ensure that a
- workplace skills plan and annual training report is submitted timeously
- Implement HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Develop company policies
