Hr Manager

Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies & procedures and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (BBBEE, EE, COID, UIF, DOL, etc.) and company policies.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities (WSP, Learnerships/ Grants etc.)
  • Administer all Human Resources processes, excl. Payroll.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (min. NQF level 7)
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
General:
  • The role is primarily based at our Durbanville - Phesantekraal offices, with occasional national travel as a necessary component of the role
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in Northern Suburbs
  • We offer a 6.5% employers provident fund contribution
