We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our client. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with employment laws and regulations, and other HR-related functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and legal requirements
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing support and guidance to managers and employees
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and disputes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Develop and deliver training programs to employees at all levels of the organization
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related issues and support their teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in HR management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred
