Job Description
Requirements:
- 5 yearsxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99 experience in a similar role.
- A bachelors degree in human resources.
- Own transport.
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Matric certificate.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Develop policies and procedures and implement HR strategies aligned with the company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (BBBEE, EE, COID, UIF, DOL, etc.) and company policies.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities (WSP, Learnerships/ Grants etc.)
- Administer all human resources processes, excluding the payroll.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
