Job Description


Requirements:

  • 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role.
  • A bachelors degree in human resources.
  • Own transport.
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
  • Matric certificate.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies and procedures and implement HR strategies aligned with the company goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws (BBBEE, EE, COID, UIF, DOL, etc.) and company policies.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities (WSP, Learnerships/ Grants etc.)
  • Administer all human resources processes, excluding the payroll.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
