KPA 2 : ONBOARDING
Ensuring IT has request to setup laptop, mails etc.
Welcoming & Induction
Paperwork with New Employee (Offer, Contract, New Employee Forms, ICE Forms, Provident Fund forms, EEA1)
Office tour and Introductions
Handover of File to payroll
KPA 3: RECORD KEEPING
Create a physical suspension file with relevant documents
Create a digital file with copies of Employee document
Creating Archives
KPA 4: DISCIPLINARY TASKS
Issue Warnings
Drafting of Disciplinary Hearing Documents
Assisting Managers with Disciplinary Hearings
Issuing Hearing related Documents (Outcome and Recommendation of Hearing, Termination Letters etc.)
Assist the Company at the CCMA/ Bargaining Councils matters
KPA 5: EMPLOYEE MATTERS
Mediating any employee disputes or grievances that may arise and finding solutions to manage these in the best possible way.
Implementing and managing employee wellness interventions
Nurture a positive working environment
Assisting Employees ad hoc with queries (leave. Office matters etc.)
KPA 6: TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Maintenance and filing of training records
KPA 7: SUPPORT TO MANAGEMENT
Assist Managers in drafting s

Assist Managers with Poor Work Performance and/or Discipline
Hiring appropriate candidates
KPA 8: PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION
