HR Internship
Fixed Term contract (6 months)

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Regional HR Business Partner. This post is based in Goodwood.
What you will do:
Assist with recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and induction programs for all new joiners and training initiatives
Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement
Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to team meetings
Access to reliable transport
What we're looking for:
Completed Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
