Position: HR Graduate Intern
As an HR Graduate Intern at Link Up Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. You will work closely with our experienced HR professionals and have the chance to contribute to real projects and initiatives that impact our clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Participate in employee onboarding and orientation activities
- Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
- Help with the planning and coordination of training and development programs
- Assist with the maintenance of employee records and HR databases
- Work on special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to contribute new ideas and suggestions for improvement
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous HR internship or work experience is a plus
