We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused

HR Graduate

to join our dynamic team for a 12-month graduate contract.Are you looking to take the next step in your career? Join our dynamic HR team at Pepkor Speciality Hammarsdale Distribution Centre (DC).

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate. Assist in managing employee benefits, provident funds, and other company benefits. Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR manager. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Prepare and maintain HR reports as needed. Support in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs. Support the HR manager with all HR-related projects and activities.

Qualifications

A diploma in human resources or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience working in a retail environment is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

A Human Resource Management Diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written language skills in English. The ability to converse in a second official language would be an advantage. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in the latest

Google Suite packages
