Job Description


In this role, you will provide support across a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance monitoring, and more.   • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with statutory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Assist in managing HR operations, including employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and addressing day-to-day HR queries.
  • Play an active role in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and overseeing the hiring process.
  • Provide guidance and clarification on HR policies and best practices to support employee relations.
  • Administer employee benefits, claims, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and HR-related activities.
  • Help develop and implement HR systems and initiatives that support the employee lifecycle.
  • Assist in creating and managing training and development programs to enhance employee growth.
  • Support performance management processes to drive employee development and engagement.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary and grievance issues in line with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) while adhering to legal requirements.
  • Take on ad-hoc HR activities as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment is preferred.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
