Job Description
Junior Production Manager - Worcester
Our client in leader in Citrus production requires a Manager to oversee the farming and harvesting practices of an operation that that includes all aspects of establishment, production, labor, warehouse and quality management.
Duties:
Oversee production controls: Fertilization, Pest Control, Irrigation Oversee Harvesting of Citrus Quality control and assurance. Ensure Maintenance programs run effectively General farming administration. Disease and pest control. Citrus Harvesting
Requirements:
Matric and relevant qualification 2-3 Years experience in the cultivation and harvesting of Citrus Good interpersonal and above-average communication skills at all levels Proficiency in MS Office Experience in ultra-low flow systems will be advantageous
