HR Generalist (EE)
Kempton Park, Gauteng
Up to R40,000 per month
We''re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and support the HRBP in driving strategic HR initiatives. If you have a strong background in industrial relations and HR operations within a manufacturing environment, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IR support, manage hearings, and represent the company at CCMA/Bargaining Council.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment aligned with EE/BBBEE goals.
- Lead onboarding and maintain accurate HRIS records.
- Support training, HR reporting, and global HR projects.
- Coordinate wellness initiatives and company events.
? Degree in HR/Industrial Relations (preferred)
? 5 years experience in a similar role
? Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
? Strong knowledge of SA labour legislation
? Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving & organisational skills
