What You'll Be Doing:
Managing employee records, onboarding, and offboarding
Supporting recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
Coordinating induction schedules and system updates
Tracking absences, holidays, and probation reviews
Responding to HR queries and maintaining shared inboxes
Preparing contracts and verifying right to work documentation
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of solid HR generalist experience in corporate environment
Matric or NQF equivalent
HR Diploma/ Degree is a plus
Proficiency in HR systems like PeopleHR, Avature, and Microsoft 365
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking
Clear, professional communicator with a proactive mindset
