Run smooth interview, onboarding, and exit processes
Enhance the overall employee experience

Support a positive, inclusive culture
Guide and assist employees with HR-related matters
Help resolve issues using IR best practice
a? Performance & Engagement
Administer performance reviews and goal setting
Support engagement initiatives, development programs, and change management
a? Compliance & Governance
Ensure alignment with labour laws and HR regulations
Assist with audits and compliance across BBBEE, EE, OHS, LRA, SETA, DoL, SARS
a? Training & Development
Coordinate training, career development, and succession planning
a? Benefits & Payroll
Administer benefits (medical aid, provident fund, etc.)
Assist with payroll processing
a? HR Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate HR data, reporting, and document control
Ensure confidentiality and POPIA compliance
a? Facilities Support
Support space planning, assets management, and vendor coordination
??? What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
Solid understanding of labour law & HR best practice
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
High levels of empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality
Calm, adaptable, proactive, and able to navigate sensitive conversations
