Summary

My client is a division of one of SA top employers looking to recruit an experienced HR Executive Manager within the Mining Sector.

Description

• Implement the Groupxe2x80x99s Industrial Relations policies and procedures.
• Build a sound working relationship between Labor and Management
• Facilitate Training and Development initiatives as identified by group management, aligned to National guidelines.
• Conduct regular Skills audits, training needs analysis and align to annual reporting to the MERseta in the format of the WSP and ATR.
• Complete relevant administration, submission of necessary reports and maintenance of all relevant databases.
• Administer the companyxe2x80x99s Education Assistance Programme in accordance with the companyxe2x80x99s policy and procedure.

• Grade 12
• Completed Degree HR /IR qualification.
• 10 years HR / IR management experience
• Must have above board communication and people skills
• Must be able to lead and manage a HR Team
• Must have strong personality, no-nonsense approach
• Must have SAGE HR System implementation experience.
• OHS implementation experience.
• Knowledge of the BCEA, EEA, LRA, SDA and other related Acts
• Experience in complex union negotiation
• Multi-union experience
• Formulation of long-term IR strategy
• Able to interact at all levels.
• Must have serviced HR compliment of +/- 400 employees (mixture between permanent and contract)
• Strong Knowledge CCMA Matters
• Very strong Human Resource Administration skills
