Job Description
A leader within the System Electronic Manufacturing space is seeking the expertise of an HR Manager to join their team in the Centurion area. This role will enhance and challenge your Strategic Thinking ability as well as dealing with various Stakeholders on different levels.
Qualification
- Degree in HR or related field
- 3+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a HR Executive / Manager
- Researching and Developing HR Strategies and Initiatives
- Implementation of Policies
- Manage Employee Life Cycle
- Recruitment and Selection
- Updating Job Requirement and Descriptions
- Support and Coach Staff
- Performance Appraisals and Disciplinary
- Analysis of trends in terms of Compensation and Benefits
- Able to Analyse Data
- Strategic Employment Planning
- Relationship Building
- Reporting
