Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the agricultural or FMCG industry.
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with GlobalGAP, SIZA, BRC, and LAEF standards. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A go-getter with strong problem-solving capabilities and the confidence to take initiative.
Flexibility to assist various departments and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
