Duties & Responsibilities



Partner with operational leadership to implement HR strategies that support productivity and workforce stability. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and exit processes. Provide expert guidance on Employee Relations (ER), ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation. Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. Support organisational design, culture-building, and wellness initiatives. Ensure HR data integrity and deliver insightful reporting for decision-making. Promote compliance with Employment Equity and Skills Development Acts. Embed HR policies and governance standards across all sites.

Qualifications



National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. 10 years HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines (ER, Recruitment, L&D, Performance Management, HR Operations). Experience in multi-site, people-intensive environments (hospitality, catering, service industry advantageous). Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR processes. * Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
