Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management
Minimum 6 years in a HR Generalist role on middle management level
Proven proficiency in verbal and written communication in both Afrikaans and English
Strong analytical skills and strategic HR advisory experience
Experience within the agricultural environment is compulsory and good understanding of the agricultural industry and its people
Strong understanding of the grin value chain and its people dynamics
Strategic thinker with hands-on experience
Between 5 - 7 Years
