Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Manage the diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Assists the Principal and teachers with daily administrative duties
Ability to proofread.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- especially Outlook, Word, Excel.
Basic understanding of office equipment.
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Performs data entry and filing tasks regarding students and teachers
Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail.
Copies, organises, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
Take minutes of meetings and dictations
Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages.
Making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events.
Perform other office duties as assigned
Do social media posting and advertising when needed
An exciting position for a Admin Clerk / Learning Support Assistant teacher for a highly responsible person with a people's personality. Prior Aupair, Child care experience will be beneficial.
Must speak AFRIKAANS and ENGLISH
You will be the first point of contact telepathically and via email.
Being able to follow up and follow through all projects, is of vital importance.
You will be the learning support teachers assisting our specialist teachers when needed.
Aftercare duties on some days taking care of students and wiling to play, paint and any other activities with our students.
