Job Description


A Spectacular Safari Lodge is looking for an HR ADMIN/PAYROLL OFFICER to join their team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and Relevant business-related tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll/finance/accounting/HR
  • Demonstratable experience in running payroll independently
  • Demonstratable experience in Human Resources
  • Advance Excel skills
  • Must have an understanding of the confidential nature of payroll and the sensitivity of issues
  • Must be able to draw up monthly HR reports concerning staff movements
  • Reconcile all General Ledger accounts relating to the payroll
  • Monthly PAYE reconciliation
  • Yearly PAYE reconciliation and printing of employee income tax certificates
  • Generate all payroll monthly reports for Finance
